Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled by our third party warehouse in Newburgh, NY. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumptions that products are in stock at location at the time of order. 

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

How soon will my order arrive once placed?

Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up to 1-3 business days, with most orders shipping sooner than that. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location. For West Coast shipments you can expect up to 5-7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping is available, taking between 7-10 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed by MAJO IDEAS.

Yes! We ship worldwide.
International shipping is fulfilled by DHL or UPS and rates vary depending on the package weight and destination. All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy

MAJO IDEAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by MAJO IDEAS. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

Upon receipt of the shipment, MAJO IDEAS will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.

Order cancellations can be made if the order has not been shipped. All cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee.

If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the items are received to info@majoideas.com and hold on to the package and all it's materials as they may be required for inspection.
